AcuBlend makes sure all of our new clients feel welcome, safe, and taken care of. During your first visit, a new client initial intake will assess your medical history. Prepare 1.5-2 hours for the first appointment. Follow up appointments usually last 1 hour, unless specified for a longer treatment time. For Acupuncture treatment, traditionally the framework during every appointment is to complete 10 thorough diagnostic questions, in addition to pulse and tongue diagnosis. From there, findings will be explained and you will be assisted to choose which options are best for your treatment. Proceeding with treatment the same appointment is typical once that time is convenient for you. 

Vibrational Sound Massage, Massage Therapy, Tui Na, and Ashiatsu Massage treatments require a new client initial intake where your needs, concerns and contraindications are discussed. Appointments usually last from 1 hour to 2 hours depending on services scheduled. Please allow extra time for first appointments as well as for the need to disrobe before specific treatments.  

Please add 15 minutes to all scheduled appointments to allow time to complete paperwork and prepare for treatments that require disrobing.
